State-of-the-Art Operation and Comfort

By integrating a convenient size sprayer with a backpack, the SP0 Sprayer offers you the most comfortable way possible to perform professional spraying projects.

The pumping handle has been designed to fold against the side of the sprayer for easy storage. In addition, the spray wand clips onto the handle, thereby freeing your hands to perform other tasks, with the sprayer on your back. This innovation also keeps the wand from falling to the ground and being lost or damaged.

 The Triple Function Pump

The revolutionary Triple Function Pump, designed by us for backpack sprayers, is the most sophisticated pump system on the market today. This pump is actually equipped with not one, but two pumping units. It has a piston to pressurize the sprayer, offering as much as 150 psi - the highest pressure available in a backpack sprayer. It also has a diaphragm pump which serves several functions. It provides increased safety from leaks, ensures longer life for the pump, and allows for the agitation of wettable powders.

 Made to Last

The SP0 Triple Function Pump has been skillfully engineered for longer life. The piston cup is manufactured of a plastic formulation which will outlast rubber pistons and is normally not affected by chemicals.

The SP0 Sprayer itself has been designed to virtually eliminate repairs. We have avoided the use of all corrosive metal parts in the internal mechanism of the sprayer, thus eliminating rust and related problems.

The polyethylene tank has been treated with UV inhibitors that protect it against harmful ultraviolet rays.

The unit also features polyester straps (as opposed to leather or plastic) that will not absorb chemicals and can be easily washed. Another benefit of the straps is that they won't become brittle and crack.

 More Advantages of the SPO

The SP0 features an adjustable nozzle that goes from a stream to a cone (mist). The unit will accept Teejet® nozzles, as well as most spray nozzles available today.

Furthermore, the SP0 can maintain a higher pressure than any other unit on the market. It will achieve a working pressure of as much as 150 psi, while most other units cannot reach more than 90-110 psi.

An optional Miniature Regulator with gauge is available for controlling spraying pressure.
